ONE Candle, ONE Wish

Norah turned one Aug 4th and got her very own chocolate banana cake.  As you can tell she didn't have a problem getting down and dirty.  She started by just picking off all the banana's, looking at me for confirmation she was doing okay.  Dad then helped her from there.  And it only took til 10:30 before she crashed from the sugar high, when bedtime is usually 9:30 anyway.

Norah got a stuffed dog, she loves, a telephone-so mom can have hers back, some toys and a matching game.  Dad gave her a basketball hoop too, so she is learning how to shoot early :)  We loved having some friends over and plenty of kids to help Norah open the gifts. Thanks for the gifts that were sent, especially Grandma and her Aunts Aly and Charise's-the clothes were perfect.

Happy Birthday Norah!! It sound like it was a fun one for the fun one (year old)! I think Esther would be jealous because she didn't get such an awesome cake to herself so I won't show her this picture but I love it!!
