Game night for the guys, homemade pizzas for the girls, tends to be our biggest thing. I can't seem to go a gamenight without eating, even in my first trimester. Last week I wanted to play the game "Curses" so I made it a "Curses and Cookies" night, just to get some cookies out of it. We ended up making a rice krispie treat the shape of a cookie, due to time restraints.
Family Home Evenings are interesting at times too, as I try to make my dying brain cells function better and create something better than my engineer husband can. We do paper boats, airplanes, origami, etc. Although I have always lost, and done so with good sportsman-like conduct, this "bridge, if you can call it that, was embarrassing to look at, but whooped the strength of Reeds...HAH! (I'm a good loser but a bad winner :)
We did manage to have one day of snowfall, not much I know. Norah got bundled up and went straight to eating the snow. I also found that she wrote this, amazing I know, it is her first full sentence, sort of.
As for what to do the rest of the winter, I am not sure. Eating lots is in the picture, but what fun things do you do? How do you busy yourself in winter?

to get out, i'll run up and down our road or hike up our hill. we've also got a ton of home projects but i've not been too motivated to work on them. i love to cook and have been spending lots of time doing that this winter. good thing we've got the hill on our property so that exercise and eating kind of balance out. :) i'm so excited for you to have another baby and i still need to meet norah! i was just thinking on sunday that i really miss being pregnant and having remi in my tummy so i'm a bit jealous! :)
curses is such a fun game!
